Navo End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Dimensional Insight, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of the Navo desktop application (“Navo” or “the Software”).

By downloading, installing, or using Navo, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use Navo.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Navo on a supported Windows or Apple computer for your personal or business use.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or resell Navo.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Use Navo for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Ownership

Navo is licensed, not sold. Dimensional Insight retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of any part of the Software.

3. Updates and Upgrades

We may provide optional updates or upgrades to Navo. These may be subject to additional terms.
Use of any paid upgrade (e.g., Navo Pro) is governed by this Agreement and the terms provided by our payment partner, Paddle.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

Navo does not collect personally identifiable information by default. If you enable analytics on our website (getnavo.app), data may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Payment transactions for upgrades are handled by Paddle.

5. No Warranty

Navo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use it at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimensional Insight shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or system failure.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling Navo. We may terminate this license if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

8. Export Compliance

You agree not to use or export the Software in violation of U.S. export laws or regulations.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
